Charmaine Bourne is the visionary behind the Afro Soul Fest experience. As Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer, she leads the creative direction, destination curation and overall guest experience for every Afro Soul Fest journey.

Charmaine identifies and secures the destinations and resort partnerships that host The Afro Soul Fest. She designs the travel itineraries, curates cultural excursions, develops event themes and shapes the atmosphere that defines each experience. From the welcome gatherings to the final celebration, her goal is to ensure that every guest feels the spirit of connection, culture, and joy that The Afro Soul Fest represents.

With a deep passion for travel, music and community building, Charmaine has helped transform The Afro Soul Fest into a vibrant international family of travelers who gather around the world to celebrate life together.

Chibale Feaster is the operational force behind Afro Soul Fest. As Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the systems, logistics, and technical infrastructure that allow The Afro Soul Fest experience to run smoothly and professionally.

Chibale manages the organization’s operational framework, including contracts, financial systems, vendor payments, and the travel platform used for guest registrations and payments. He also leads all technical production for The Afro Soul Fest events, overseeing sound systems, DJ coordination, venue setup and production logistics.

His leadership ensures that every Afro Soul Fest destination is executed with precision, organization, and technical excellence.

Together, Charmaine Bourne and Chibale Feaster lead The Afro Soul Fest as equal partners and Co-Chief Executive Officers.

While Charmaine focuses on vision, destination selection, creative design and the guest experience, Chibale focuses on operations, logistics, contracts, financial systems and technical production
